As far as the equipment goes: Fantastic gym. The clientele at this location is pretty annoying, though. Nationalism is rampant. Lots of people like to wear political t-shirts with hardcore and threatening phrases. Not fun when you're trying to go to the gym to clear your mind and just work out. The teenagers flood the locker rooms and they all seem to want to be the next social media sensation. The gym is overcrowded except for the hours between 11pm and 3am. See attached photo from a Monday at 4:27pm. Also, a lot of people are electing to work out completely barefoot these days. Not really the gym's fault but they should enforce their own rules. See attached photo.I let them know the bottles you use to spray down the equipment were just full of water and they said they would take care of it. Three days later and they're still just full of water. No point in wiping down the equipment.EDIT: About four days after this review they have filled the bottles with disinfectant.

What’s the point of paying for black platinum when people with basic membership are using facilities that are exclusively only for platinum members….I tried using the sauna but there was someone already inside with regular shirt and jeans on and she was reading a book and not even using the sauna… I politely asked her if she can read her book in the locker room instead and she told me that she was just waiting for her mom to finish working out. You cannot imagine the amount of people I’ve seen not clean the machines/equipment after they are done using it, I have to now start cleaning it myself before I use it. Why are people also carrying their purses/duffel bags with them on and leaving them on the floor blocking the walk areas? that’s what the lockers are for.

These guys are absolute crooks. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I was told by a membership kid that I had a 14 day free trial, but this actually meant that they'd push my bill out for 14 days, hardly the meaning of a trial period. This gym is OBNOXIOUSLY BUSY ALL THE TIME!!! So I decided it was not for me. Have spoken with Raul who gave me Lona's email. It's been five days since the email and STILL no answer. These guys are unprofessional and it seems like they are just drawing out the time, I have the feeling they're doing this so they can say my membership was longer than it should have been, since I called to make an immediate cancel MULTIPLE TIMES!! Don't waste your time or money here, it's full of less than stellar people. Also, the crowd is nasty too. My very first night there some guy steals my machine where my bottle was obviously by, and had the nerve to actually put his sweaty palms on MY bottle to move it and use the equipment I was on, without asking. Disgusting gym.
