Yesterday, I got the most unprofessional behaviour from a gym employee ever. I wanted to return the protein powder that I bought from them because I believe that one was messed up. I have been buying these products from a long time and it’s …

5Million/5 Stars. Ya’ll! “THE BALL IS ROLLING UP!” It’s time to excercise and swim and work out! My family and I Love EOS, and we love THIS EOS location. Their finished renovated updates and increased space are excellent and make it a superior location. Their cardio cinemas are always the best! Keep up the great work EOS!

I joined eos as an affordable way to go to yoga classes, which are great, Leah makes yoga so much fun on Wednesday nights with good music and fun disco lights. She gives great instruction to make the class more challenging when I want it or …

I don't recommend this gym to anyone. the staff said they would cancel my membership since I had a back injury and could no longer go. then I find out they never canceled it and was still charging me. when I called the manager to refund the last month he refused and still took the current amount outthe next month. I have never had this much trouble with a gym that I have had with this one.

I've been going here since they opened and holding off on leaving a review only because I didn't want to leave a bad one. But here we are...First and foremost, the staff: With the exception of a few, they're kids who don't know what they're doing and couldn't care less about assisting members. Too busy, distracted, or annoyed to be bothered with your concern. The towel/spray stations are almost always out/broken. Lots of time for the employees to chat or be on their phones, but no time to service those stations. The basketball court is shut down way too often. Apparently they can't find anyone who knows how to properly tighten bolts. They also don't know how to measure. The hoop is 5 inches high. FIVE INCHES. That especially sucks because the ceiling is kinda low. I've told them repeatedly. They don't care. Not a huge deal, but the parking lot is a little tight and always packed up front. You can park in the back and enjoy the sweat walk before you even enter the building. This place would be transformed by a more mature and competent staff. Who knows if it'll happen.

I started coming here about two months ago, first at another location with a different personal trainer, but after experiencing some problems there, I switched to this facility and started working with Marcos, who is now my personal trainer. Even though it was my second session today, I still think of it as my first because he spent the first two 30-minute "sessions" really getting to know my limits and my body's flexibility and stability. Today we spent an hour on stability, legs, core and more and it was fun! As a licensed massage therapist with left wrist difficulties and an ankle sprain that occurred three weeks ago about, my entire left side is noticeably weaker. Additionally, I was involved in an automobile accident eight months ago, and I now have L5 degeneration, arthritis in my neck, and knee problems. I hired a personal trainer because I'm only 24 and want to make sure that this doesn't dictate my life. I have to say that my personal trainer, Marcos, is AMAZING. He is careful and relaxed, yet he also pushes me. By performing some of the exercises with me, such as planks and stretches, he encourages me. I'm working to strengthen my hips, legs, and core, and I truly believe with him that after 6 months, I'll notice an improvement in both my strength and pain.

Great fitness gym. Too many social media guys taking pictures and videos of themselves in the locker rooms. Other than that, solid facility.

I was assaulted at this location and Eos still hasn't handed the security tapes over to the police. Everytime I call, all I get is excuses from the managers who say it's with corporate for review. It's been almost 5 months.... unacceptable.

Every equipment is not taking care of the clients or the guests don’t clean the equipment and they don’t have staff that goes around sanitizing anything I’ve gotten to the point where they should have gloves and sanitizing packets because none of it is done a very good gym and good equipment just definitely needs tender loving care every equipment was very dirty
