Mike is not only one of the best trainers I’ve ever trained with but he is also an amazing person. He trains his clients with motivation, positivity, and encouragement which keeps his clients achieving their goals. My parents gifted me a month of training leading up to a family event and I'm very glad I chose Mesa Personal Training to work with! Chris is an excellent trainer who really takes his time to listen to what your goals are and help you achieve them, and I felt very comfortable working with him which I find to be very important when working out. Short term experience, but great nonetheless!

I have been working out with Allan for 4 weeks now and have already saw amazing results with weight loss and building muscle. Allan has been unlike any trainer I have ever had at other gyms. He pushes me to try my hardest, teaches me proper technique, and always shows up to sessions on-time. Allan has also given me the confidence to workout by myself when I do not have sessions with him. I also really appreciate all the nutrition guidance I have been given as well. Choosing this gym and Allan as my trainer has been the best decision I have ever made!

I highly recommend Mesa PT! If you’re traveling in the Mesa area and want someone to come to your house for a great PT session, look no further than Jennifer. She led us in a group workout (about 10 of us) outside that was one hour long and challenging in a good way. She brought bands, music, a well thought out workout and high energy that was much needed after a late girls’ night. Thank you, Jennifer and Mesa PT!

This gym understands senior citizens. My personal trainer is Ronnie and he knows how to gauge a person’s exercise ability, carefully watching the client for signs of distress. He pays attention and monitors how much engagement the client does and the intensity with which it is done. Personally, I look forward to every training session, am encouraged by the rapid improvement in overall strength, stamina, and endurance Ronnie’s unique exercises accomplish, and grateful for finding this gym.

I am going on my fourth week of personal training! I feel amazing! This is my new habit! I set a goal to get in the gym minimum three times a week, I did that for 3 weeks straight now I am adding a 4th day this week! I am adjusting my diet, and following Mike & Ruthann’s guidance. I feel so comfortable at this gym and enjoy doing something for myself! This place is the real deal! I hope to see you there in the future! 😊

This is a smaller gym, but they have pretty much everything you need for weightlifting and cardio. The personal training is excellent, in my experience. Kristina is great at helping me have really good technique, personalizing the workouts, and pushing me. I love the 5:15 am group workout classes with Dale. He’s awesome!

Everyone at Mesa PT is great. The trainers that I have had the pleasure to work with are so knowledgeable and supportive. They make working out enjoyable. Dillon has helped me lift and bench press more than I thought I could.

Estevan has been our personal trainer for almost 6 months. My husband and I work out together with him. We have both lost all the weight we need to, and people are asking how we did it. We are the healthiest we have been in over 10 years. We continue to work on strength training and toning with him and appreciate his flexibility and dedication. I would recommend Estevan. I also recommend the gym as it is a smaller and calmer than any others I have been to over the years.
