I joined only a few weeks ago - but I'm so glad I did!All the trainers I worked with so far are very professional, push you to your limits, but at the same time create a friendly & fun atmosphere.Cory: Thank you for going the extra mile, checking in with me via text messages (even on days when I don't even come to the gym) and for always being cheerful and motivating.Baylor: Thank you for being my 'drill instructor' :) And for saying 'you can do that' so many times that I started to believe it :)Mike: Thank you for always setting up that 'training circle' for me, pushing me through it and for the motivating emails and messages.I recommend Mesa Personal Training 100%!You guys rock!

I have been back at the gym just about 2 months now since pandemic protocols have been relaxed. I’m extremely pleased to train with Cory twice a week. He works one-on-one with me to ensure that all of my movements are correct. He changes my workout exercises every 3 weeks so my body is constantly challenged. He checks in with me by text the day after each session to see how I’m feeling.I receive reminder emails from the gym the day before each session as well as texts from Cory. The gym itself is very clean with a maintenance person cleaning everything a minimum of 3x/week. Hand sanitizers and sprays are available everywhere. The equipment is arranged so I’m not close to any other clients as I exercise. They’re doing a great job!!!

I have recently started training at Mesa Personal Training. Everyone has been fantastic! The facility is very clean and well equipped. I like that it is not crowded like the larger gyms.Mike and Cory have been great with assessing my several injuries and tailoring my workouts to my specific needs. Cory is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I can tell already that he’s going to really help me achieve my goals. He’s also very personable and informative. Exactly what I’m looking for.I highly recommend Mesa Personal Training if you’re looking for a more personal, tailored approach than you’ll get in the big gyms.

For someone who never liked working out, Mesa Personal Training makes it fun! Sarah is an awesome trainer who listens to me and helps me in my problem areas. When I'm struggling she gives me the motivation that I need to continue! I actually enjoy working out now and look forward to coming to the gym! Mike is the owner and is very personable and knows everyone by name and makes you feel like family! I highly recommend Mesa Personal Training!

I love going to Mesa Personal Training. I have been going for a few weeks now and I have already seen awesome results! The atmosphere is fun and whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking for that extra thing to take you to the next level, Mike is very helpful! He encourages and pushes you to work hard but still within your limits. I have never been one to want to go to the gym until I came here. Now I look forward to my morning workouts!

I joined about 3 weeks ago and I am loving the gym so far. Cheaper than LA fitness (I've done that circus before) and I love the atmosphere here. Small gym atmosphere with great hands-on training. Mike is a great personal trainer and always available to help as you work-out or any additional questions. This gyms has the whole package- individual training, accountability and not over-priced and over-run.

Mesa personal training is an amazing gym! I have been coming for about a year now and I absolutely love it! I’ve reached all goals and continue to make amazing progress that I never thought was possible! The trainer Mike is a fun, happy person, he explains everything well and has you do the exercises that work for you and how to make your goals happen! Mike is so motivating! I’ve been coming since May and it really feels like just yesterday that I started my fitness and health journey. Always new workouts planned and results are real! He helps me stay on track and holds me accountable. I’m able to do separate cardio after my personal training because of all the equipment that he has to offer. I like Mike’s training so much better than a regular gym. Plus, he’s always available for questions.

I love Mesa Personal Training! Mike is great, and he really helps you get on track with your weight loss goals. For several years I had been trying to lose weight on my own, but nothing I did seemed to work for me long term. I would lose a little and then gain it all back not long after. Once I started going to see Mike, he has helped me lose lbs plus inches, and he has helped me to keep my motivation going to continue to lose. I highly recommend him if you are ready to start losing weight for good!
