I've been training at TNT Fitness for over a year now. The owner Frank is very friendly and introduces you to every client. He also makes a point to greet & say goodbye to every client. TNT Fitness has a good selection of fitness equipment. I highly recommend TNT Fitness!

Frank is outstanding. He is encouraging, nice and funny. I check my brain at the door and he directs me. The other patrons are also nice. There are a lot of couples that he trains.
