Anatomy

I had the pleasure of working out at Anatomy 1220 and I was not disappointed. I used to workout at equinox but since I a follower of Marc Megna’s training and philosophy I had to try it out. Anatomy is definitely a league above all other gym, of you call it that. But it is much more than a gym. If there is a reason to try Anatomy it would be to “witness” Marc’s ability to motivate, inspire and transform an person.

A ground breaking facility sure to leave you speechless. Beginning with driving in and valet taking my parking worries away to amazing customer service greeting in the spectacular entrance which is only a taste of what lies ahead as you enter this one of a kind venue. I must say I was floored after receiving a grand tour and by grand, I mean nothing less than just that; GRAND. The anatomy personel is incredibly knowledgeable you can really feel the essence of a family and team that is working hard to make sure you have the best experience under their roof to enrich your life and wellbeing. I wouldn't be able to list all the amenities offered as I can't recall so many specialties ever seen all in one facility; but they will make you SWEAT, help you RECOVER, and ENHANCE your wellbeing of life. This is truly someone's dream that has not only come alive, but the execution is unparalleled.

The space is absolutely stunning. The staff is super friendly without any Miami attitude.First a had a consultation with Aileen prior to us training together, which was about an hour and very thorough. Aileen's training session was contoured to my fitness goals which was anti-CrossFit or bodybuilder type training which I expressed in our consultation. She really focused on what I needed, flexibility, strength for yoga and some exercises to help with my posture and previous injuries. She's awesome. I wish I could afford to train with her three times a week.
