The whole team is top of the line and feels like working out in your living room…That type of homey vibe. Big shout-out to the; Front Desk Team, Bianca, Bella, Membership Manager Karyna, GM Lauren, dope Trainers like Brandon and Viktoria, Yoga Instructor Megan Eastman, my Fave ex-Warren Tricomi Hair Boss Luis Canas @HairWeGo and Vitasquad for bringing me back to life. Not to mention their dope partnership with Aryan @Tremble Pilates, the best in the game! Their sauna/steam/plunge ‘Sanctuary’ is also pure bliss 🙏🏽 Thank you Anatomy—You Rock My World x The rest of the Team is Excellent if I didn’t mention!

I love Mark not the owner but front desk in thr grove, he is so welcoming, Profesional and he sets my bike up for spin. This beautiful location and the team it has formulated to be apart of our health journey is exceptional.Anatomy is by far one of my favorite places here in Miami.

Great fitness/wellness facility. Peloton, cold plunge, Infrared infrared sauna, good equipment and sound system, friendly personal, and very clean. Recommended. Thanks Karyna. Love to see some hot yoga classes!

I love this gym and the trainers!I've been training with Sergio Santiago and am very happy with the results! Sergio has a great personality and knows how to push me to my limits. In a short time, I see huge improvements in my strength, resistance, and body.Thank you Sergio! :)
