I’ve been member of Olympia for over 20 years and that should say everything. But I have to add that lately I started training with Juan Carlos and it has been one of the best training experiences. He’s not only very professional and skilled, punctual, and implicated, but he had tailored an exercise routine to help me achieve my goals. I must say that he never asked me for my goals, he justsaw me and he knew what I needed and what I wanted to achieve. From day one, he knew exactly my weight lifting capacity and how far he could take it without the risk of being injured.I highly recommend Juan Carlos to anyone like me who wants to come to the gym to get results.

Here for a month on family busness, now stretchig to 2-3 months due to finding Olympia! Great facility; variety of machines, cardio and free weights and my traier, Moe is incredibly knowledgable and hands on for EVERY REP! I am a happy camper!

After trying many local area gyms, from corporate “GloboGyms” to small niche gyms…Olympia is by far the best. All the free weights, machines, cardio and classes anyone would need to fulfill their individual goals. The best part is the family/client focused attention the staff gives every member. Take it from someone with over 30 years as a gym member …this place is it for the N. Miami area !

I’ve been a member for over six years and love the family dynamic. The gym has any and every piece of equipment that you could imagine, and the staff is always very friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great gym in the Miami area.

Overall, great gym. The staff and personal trainers treat you like family. My PT Mike, who is no longer with the gym was fantastic. My new PT Layla is beyond amazing. Her wealth of knowledge, system, and encouragement is a motivation. I can count on her to get to my fitness goal.

The gym is very clean, everyone is super friendly and helpful. At first I was shy and scared to try new machines that I have never saw before, but the members and the owners will always be happy to show you how to use them. Now I feel confident and comfortable using machines in the gym.
