I was in town for a day and wanted to try out this location. Let’s just say it echos like crazy in there. Wow! Incredibly loud and echos to a point that I wanted to leave. As a former coach/manager, I don’t know how anyone can understand what’s being said. Great music and clean studio but it was so overwhelmingly loud from the coaches voice on the mic. I don’t live there but I thought I would mention this because my friend came with me and said the same thing.

Very inappropriate to ask someone who made it 20 minutes prior to the session, to pay 28$ because the rule is 30 minutesI think they just a didn’t want to do their job

If I could’ve gave a zero star review I would’ve because they don’t deserve the one star at all…. Customer service is horrible, 5 months later still charging my card after canceling my membership… every time they tell you the manager is never here and she’ll call you back which is a lie… when they did finally refund me back my money they took the money back again and when I called the manager was once again not available… So I advise everybody check your account because orange theory is robbing you without you knowing…

I joke with my friends from Russia that this is what I imagine Spetsnaz training must feel like. My Apple Watch seems to agree, since it after my classes it shows I've burned easily over 500 calories a session. It is definitely a great burn, especially after an indulgent weekend! The two front desk employees are rockstars of their own right, as they've been helpful in accommodating my classes when I have to rearrange based on work emergencies. The "theory" is that basically an elevated heart rate helps you reach your fitness goals faster. The very energetic instructors - see my comment above and the energy would be the same as DEVGRU or SAS :) - help you in that end by blending cardio, stretching and strength.

I enjoy the exercise format of intermixing cardio with hit movements along with the music component -- good playlists make a difference! The coaches and staff are also well trained, friendly, and helpful during visits and workouts. Great workout!

OT is an excellent place to workout. Every day is a different workout. If you think you cannot do it because you have heard is intense, you are wrong. Yes is intense but you go at your own pace and you will find yourself trying to do more every day. Coaches are very knowledgeable and will help you with any conditions or injuries that you may have to keep you safe while you can still workout. Is a great environment, music is always good.

It’s consistent. Every day in one hour, I can get in, get in a solid workout, and get out—no worries about how busy the gym might be and how it’ll affect my training. You definitely get out of it what you put into it but if you bring it every day you will see and feel the results.

I like the fact that it's one hour and I'm done. I also like the small groups and the trainer being there to guide me. In the past when I've attended other gyms, I would begin all excited but when I walked in quickly became overwhelmed …
