Lopez the assistant GM is a really nice dude and helped me out with some billing issues I was working on. This gym is one of the nicest I’ve been to and would definitely recommend

Did the “free” trial month from a promo they were running. After paying the initiation fees, I canceled that same day. Now I’m getting emails threatening to go to collection if I don’t pay for another month. I visited the gym 4 times during the trial month. It’s a scam. Do not join.

This location & yannick hunte are the worst! they've literally harassed my longtime friend mark and I just because we workout together they've threatened us multiple times and singled us out even after we've told them and SHOWED them through camera footage that he is NOT my trainer even though we BOTH have the gym membership, 0/10 DO NOT recommend them the staff is unprofessional and SUPER rude... a place where we go to decompress became the most uncomfortable place. My lawyer's office even tried to contact them about the harassment because it got THAT bad and they never called them back just the worst gym I've ever been to.

This gym has been lacking lately:Miami in The Finals and they can'y bother to tune one (1) TV to the game?? No …

I had the privilege of being trained by an exceptional fitness instructor at this Gym, for which I invested a substantial amount of money. Unfortunately, there was a change in personnel, and the trainer I had come to rely on either left or was let go. During this transition, they were supposed to handle the cancellation of my gym membership. However, several months have passed, and despite my persistent efforts to communicate with a manager and numerous emails I've sent, it appears that my requests are being disregarded. It feels disheartening to think that they might intentionally ignore my inquiries to maximize their financial gains. This has been an unprecedented and disappointing experience for me. To make matters worse, they have even resorted to threatening me with involving collections agencies, despite the fact that I possess a trail of emails, call records, and text messages affirming my request for cancellation.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I honestly would. The facility is nice, but the staff and how they handle conflict is disgusting. You have to pay REALLY close attention to any "policies" at this location as they do not verbally disclose certain details about purchasing products or the overall membership and how it works. When attempting to return a product that I purchased the day before, I wasn't given a receipt and the sales rep did not disclose that once the product was opened, they would not be able to accept the product. I was given no other option and when speaking to the operations manager he lacked empathy and authentic compassion of the matter and said that he would contact corporate, but when I personally asked for the contact information he denied giving me the information and said that he doesn't even have to do anything about the matter in a very dismissive and smug tone. The lack of clear and transparent disclosure is appalling and distasteful when maintaining the trust of their members. I have experienced poor and a lack of communication from various workers and do not feel comfortable investing my money at this location. I never write reviews, but this was certainly necessary and hope that they improve on their communication in the future.

It’s a nice gym , good staff and no judgement environment. It’s just getting to small for the crowd , if u wanna do squads you have to wait a lot cause it’s always busy but in general it’s a cool gym
