Everything is great! The staff is friendly, large gym with tons of cool equipment, and I personally love the cardio cinema room. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the machines should be cleaned more often and the AC is not always as cool as one would expect in a gym, especially during peak hours. Otherwise, I highly recommend this gym!

This location is a great size. It has a sauna. Lots of equipment to workout and exercise classes. It's best to go when it's not so crowded.

Staff in unprofessional, always dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, equipment in the theater room dont work properly, they dont stay consistent with replaying movies which is why I signed up, the equipment is not cleaned properly. When you try to cancel they make you go in when it can be easily done over the phone and/or via email for confirmation.No one wears masks which everyone should!JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ... THEY DONT FOLLOW COVID-19 REGULATIONS!

this gym does not have good customer service, after a few years of being in the ye they begin to charge double charges without you noticing, I have been writing to them for two months and they have not resolved anything about 4 double charges that I received They have said. They give me long and they give me long and they never solve me. do not enter this gym, it seems like a robbery.

This location, the one i have been using since its opening.. is having chronic issues with cleanliness and hygienic restrooms and gym equipment maintenance. For the past year, since its reopening after the pandemic the gym has not been maintaining a clean facility. The ladies restroom are always unusable. I go to the gym weekly at 6am and the bathroom stalls have the roll of paper on the floor, stall walls and floors filthy. Most days only one stall is in condition to be used.. The cardio equipment are drenched in sweat and never seem to never get a proper maintenance.This is an edit to my original review raving about how clean and nice it was..

Only the Basic training machines and really low price location. Okay for everyone who don't care and want only a general exercise. If you want the high quality machines for all your targets, that's not your place.
