Staff Amazing.Trainers great.Sanctuary - can get annoying when the pools aren’t working, Sauna is not that hot and sometimes not on during early morning hours.Equipment they are missing a hack squat and more glute machines.

The membership prices are way too high for what the gym has to offer. They have one machine per muscle group. Now the parking situation is a mess. And if you go to the one in south beach or cocinar grove, get ready to walk to the gym because they do not have parking.Recommendation, lower your prices and make the gym bigger.

I joined the original Miami Beach location in 2017 and used to absolutely love this gym. It felt like a community, the trainers were engaging, the front desk was friendly, the equipment and location was top notch, and despite being a smaller boutique gym there was usually a squat rack open and ample of room to work out in. The extended hours were also a big plus as I was able to get in a workout even after being stuck at the office later than expected.Ever since I moved over to their Midtown location, the vibe completely changed. I don’t know if this came with the owner’s goal of scaling or if Midtown specifically just has a different culture. All I know is I’m not interested in spending $120+ a month to have to chase down referral credits, repeatedly loop back just to get a simple change made to my account, and deal with the ongoing superiority complex from the front desk staff and some of the trainers when checking in and working out. It’s clearly no longer a comfortable or welcoming environment unless you’re deemed “worthy” - despite what the mantras across their walls and apparel might say. It’s a shame, really. Truly used to think this was one of the best - if not the best - gym in Miami and hate to part ways, but it's just not what it used to be.

3 stars because they have ONE squat bar. The first floor actual gym with machinery is much smaller than expected. This gym only makes sense if your goal is to attend a bunch of classes. Not to mention cancellation requires a lease or a note from a Dr. Please GET REAL. If somebody wants to cancel because your gym simply does not suit their needs, do not ask for ridiculous paperwork. To make matters worse Cherieanne Tomayo stated she will still charge me even though I have not attended that gym in about five months due to me living in another city. Distasteful. No I would not recommend it. anatomy is overrated

The parking situation at Anatomy Midtown has become a chaos. There is no parking now with other business on the same building. You have to park at your discretion and with the risk to get towed. Also, multi machines are always on “upgrading” which limits a member’s workout. The culture mentality has complete been lost. Their focus is now to bring as many members they can at a very high price. It’s very unfortunate where this business is going.

Not sure how this gym is voted #1 in Miami....Now the classes are in the middle of the gym, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to work out. It has turned into another OverPRICED LA Fitness. The staff doesnt care about the members. Brought a few potential new members and No sales person to be found. Overall it lost its touch. Not worth the price.

Gym is EXTREMELY small and staff has no motivation to work. I check in at the front desk and the girl seemed bothered to be doing her job. She asks “do you really need a tour of the gym?”, great motivation to sell a membership to two clients. As we checked out the gym, it was very cliquey. The personal trainers just hangout with all their friends and crowd the already very limited workout equipment. They also give you bad looks when you use the workout area as if they own the place. There’s a lot better places in Miami to workout with better service and more equipment and workout space.

Great gym, never too packed and a great/friendly staff. It's only 4 stars because of the loosest of CV-19 guidelines; there are no temperature checks and ppl are often not wearing masks property, instead under their noses or chins for the majority of their workouts and staff never interfere.

Most the equipment is new and great condition. The gym itself is on the smaller side and when it’s really busy it does get a little packed and you might have to wait for a machine and/or space. I don’t think the other floors are utilized as much as they could be. The bathrooms are probably the most luxurious part of this gym. Due to the pandemic the mini dipping pools are off limits. Some of the staff is nice and will greet you while others look at you like why are you coming to my gym. This is including the trainers, which I find really unprofessional. If your going to stare me and/or watch me work out at least greet me and be respectful. I’m not worried about what anyone else is lifting bro. Nobody there intimidates me so you can stop. I have proof of being harassed I’d gladly share with the owner. The staff should treat everyone equal and be nice to everyone. If it gets better I’ll change my review.Edited: 12/7/20Received a email saying I hadn’t made my monthly membership payment. I replied saying I had sent a email about canceling my membership weeks ago. Another review from a previous member I had read had mentioned he also had troubling cancelling his membership and they continued to charge him. Well I canceled my card to.

I really love this gym. My facts; the machines are amazing they have all the right machines. We go to the gym every single day (yes, everyday including weekends) and for us to have the right machines is very important! And they just added 2 new leg machines!! Guys that was perfect!! 👌🏻thanks for those new machines. We just returned to the gym after several weeks/months of Covid19, gym feels and is extremely clean, you have gym associates cleaning machines every minute and as usual being so nice to us. The layout of the machines is different from before due to guidelines and we love it!This guys not only stop charging immediately as we all had to follow covid19 guidelines but in addition they gave us free month of June. Thank you Anatomy for that, that was special and it makes us feel part of the family we cant be happier. We used to trained at Equinox, LA Fitness before that, and you cant not even compare those to this boutique professional high end amazing gym.I truly recommend stopping by and taking a tour. After you check the decoration, style, all the machines, if you know about machines look at them each, they are spectacular!!. Look how well kept and clean, but also quality machines 👌🏻💪🏻... Bathroom, showers all have all products necessary and are extremely clean and the sauna, spa area, next to the cold-hot pools its suuuuper nice. We use the sauna and the pools a lot 🙌🏻Thank you guys seriously for such a great place. I felt i had to leave my comments for everyone to be able to enjoy a good spot! Congrats and thank you again!!
