Equinox Brickell

You genuinely receive an elevated experience at this gym. Everyone from the front desk concierge Dominique, to the membership coordinator Garrett (i reccomend asking for him if you are interested in joining), to the General Manager, Matt, to the personal trainer, Carlos, are exceptional individuals.If you communicate openly with them about any issues or problems you have that are well-placed, they will fix them.The facility is also pristine. My only guess on the negative reviews is that they didn't try to communicate with the facility staff.Kudos to all of the staff locally at this location for caring and providing a world-class experience.

Its just like any other gym. Nothing special. Visited this gym 4 days since it was part of hotel. Even though they have pilates reformers, for the group classes they use yoga mats which does not make sense. It is just hype place since it is on Brickle. If this gym was on any other location it would be just a regular gym.

Staff are friendly! Always find myself very motivated to work hard here!

Bad communication and bad customer service

Convenient location and nice amenities but staff can be extremely rude, front desk associate rolled his eyes at me and basically wanted me to hang up a work phone call because I was disturbing his phone call (I didn’t spend over 20 seconds checking in) and talked in a very sarcastic demeanor, never experienced this in any other equinox location.

Used to come to this location when it was Sports/Club LA and it was great. I’m now at Equinox Brickell Heights, and just came to this location as Brickell Heights had an issue with the AC. Well, 3 stars for this Four Seasons location, why? just because someone or the “interior designer” decided to change all lights to be pure white everywhere (lobby, locker rooms, etc). The club looks like a warehouse or a hospital in the early morning which makes it very depressing. Thank God Brickell Heights has a great lighting interior design.

Overall spa experience was mediocre. Spa services were average. Given zero directions where to go when I arrived and I had to ask. I then could not access locker room as suggested having to go back and fourth to reception desk multiple times for them to finally realize they needed to unlock a door to let me in. I booked a prenatal massage and therapist did not know I was pregnant when I very clearly booked a ‘prenatal massage’ and also filled out the consent form indicating so. Started 15+ minutes late for her to accommodate.

Spa said they carried the full BR line. They did not and did not do anything to help. I wasted my time dealing with Brickell traffic to be turned away empty handed. BR is known for its customer service—that’s why you are paying $$$. Wouldn’t return, go somewhere that is more BR focused.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Yosua. He is a great member of the team at this Equinox and is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients.In regards to the gym, it's very clean and the equipment is almost always functioning as it should. It is the best gym in the Brickell area!

I love the gym, the classes and the staff. Alfredo is an awesome trainer, highly recommend.
