Awesome place to learn kickboxing in coral gables. As a complete beginner I was worried I would be intimidated and struggle to start, but the instructors cater to all levels and make the classes lots of fun.

I joined this gym about 2 years ago after being a member at a 24hr fitness for years. After trying it for a week, I was hooked! I decided I wanted to learn a useful skill while at the same time building muscle and staying lean. This gym has delivered all of the above. The trainers are very knowledgeable, and even though the gym is small, they manage to get everyone involved regardless of how many people there are. We do everything from weights, Kickboxing, plyometrics, MMA and endurance training. The trainers are attentive and are constantly motivating you and working with you to improve your technique. The price you pay is definitely worth it when you start seeing results. Not to mention the skills you learn can get you out of a sticky situation when you least expect it. The location in Coral Gables is very convenient and parking is easy to find. I would recommend it to anyone and eveyrone.

My son has been going to Arena Combat Sports in the Gables for over a year now and LOVES it!He was looking all around the Grove and the Gables for a place where he could box and get a good workout and FINALLY we happened to find this place while we were walking on Ponce de Leon.He's in a great mood when he gets home from working out........and for a teenager..... that says a lot! Carlos, the owner is warm and personable. I highly recommend this place!

A great choice to workout your body and your soul. The Coach Carlos is very professional and every class leaves you wanting more technique, wanting to go back, a great team and super affordable, it is without doubt the best option around Coral Gables.

I've been going to this gym for about a year now, and I look forward to going every day! The coaches know what they're talking about and offer useful pointers to help us improve our technique. If you're looking to develop your skills as a fighter and get a great workout, this is the place! Unlike the huge, impersonal gyms, Arena Combat Sports is more like a personable and supportive community. I love it!

Definitely worth checking out! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding workout! I joined Arena Combat Sports just about two years ago at the suggestion of one of my closest friends. I was looking for a workout that constantly challenged me as I was tired of the same old cardio-core routine I couldn't seem to escape. The workouts are incredibly challenging both mentally and physically but you leave here feeling accomplished, invigorated, and physically exhausted. Carlos, the owner, does a fantastic job of making sure that each member receives a challenging workout regardless of skill level. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his trade and makes sure to attend every member - improving their form and technique. Since starting I have seen immense improvements in my body (leaned out), my mind (the sport teaches you to think and react quickly), and my skill level. It would be a lie to say I wasn't addicted. The gym is clean and well equipped and everyone that I've had the pleasure of meeting is super friendly and welcoming! Hands down BEST combat sports gym in the area!

Great gym, great people. I am new to the area and am a long time student of martial arts. Of all the places I visited in Miami, Arena Combat Sports is the only one that provides a safe and relaxed environment while instilling the discipline needed for both beginners and experienced students.
