I been on ISI Miami for about 2 months and I have already stared to see small results. The classes are super challenging and the trainers have an energy that motivates you. This is the best gym in Miami! The staff and coaches treat you like family. They’re all professional and super nice. The workouts are amazing and effective. Their use of space is strategic and you never feel as if you don’t have enough room. I highly recommend this gym!!
