I've been a member for years and highly recommend it. The new location in Wynwood is amazing and the staff and members are super friendly. Their Partner Interval Training is intense but your partner or the instructor are there to help you. The routines are different everyday and you can get a full body workout in each class.

There are many gyms in the area to choose from.However, what sets Legacy apart is the intangibles.Everyone in there has so much passion and pride in what in they do. The owner is so friendly and chats with everyone, and the trainers are very genuine, but they will push you beyond your limits. They bring high energy and will have you believing that you are capable of anything.They have created a culture and environment where everyone wants to be.The pit workout itself insanely challenging. The facility and equipment are state of the art. The attention to detail and the space is impeccable. And they have really beautiful and quality apparel for the whole fam.They also offer free parking, have a cold plunge and sauna, personal training, and they also have a gym inside there too that is in a different area than the pit class, and it has every piece of equipment needed for everyone of all fitness levels.Truly the best.

I love the gym and the staff is great. 5:45 am and 7 am with Legend are my go to. Beautiful place, there’s also a sauna and cold plunge.
