Highly recommend this gym! Ali really helps guide you on your health goals. I would go everyday if I could! The gym is extra clean and follows strict COVID safety guidelines.

During Covid time I have been doing live zoom training with Ali at LivFit. I walk into garage some mornings not wanting to deal with anything but Ali manages to push me and remind me I am stronger than my mind. She trains the body but I also feel the mind getting stronger too. I highly recommend LivFit in person or ZOOM.
