Miami Strong Gym

Definitely one of the nicer gyms I’ve been to in Miami. Super well-maintained and clean, the weight room and bathrooms smell really nice. It’s well designed and also has turf sections and a balcony with a sauna. There’s a really fantastic curation of machines that really hit the muscle groups so well in a way that I haven’t experienced at most other gyms. I typically don’t like matches too much unless they’re HammerStrength machines, but this gym really does have fantastic machines, some of which allowed me to even work some pesky body parts (my clicky shoulders) completely pain free. These are easily the selling point of this gym for me. It’s also located right next to Pura Vida (if you need a healthy post workout meal), in Biscayne with a great view of the park and bay. You can see people outside jogging or playing volleyball…just a great vibe for fitness oriented people. Staff are also super friendly and the overall atmosphere here is excellent. All of my future Miami trips will be planned with frequenting this gym on my itinerary, I’d sign up in a heartbeat if I were a local.

The best gym, great equipment,. Excellent classes Akeem Neath is the best class instructor , all coaches are very professional , Alan has an outstanding customer service.

Eh. There are much better gyms in the area. This gym is really small. Only opens at 6. (If the person is on time) And different music is playing in different rooms but it’s so small it just sounds like a bunch of noises. Not entirely enjoyable to listen to. So if you like music to work out to-bring a pair of headphones. Great machines though. The gym needs some tweaking and a bit more space to be fantastic.

Love the gym and all the trainers. Very unpretentious, and far more reasonably priced than Equinox, Anatomy etc. I am hoping they get the cold plunge reinstalled, but outside of that small gripe, it’s still one of the best gyms you’ll ever go to.

Came in yesterday to sign up . Today was my first day and it was amazing.The place smells amazing and is super clean. Machines are good and effective, unlike other gyms which have half there machines broken . FINALLY found a gym that’s good.I am also happy the showers are private with a room honestly that’s the best idea they did ! IF YOU WANT A GOOD GYM LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS IT !!

Hands down the best gym in the entire Miami area! Great trainers, the gym itself has plenty of equipment and variety of classes. Everyone is extremely friendly and sweet (Allen on the top of the list)I promise you will not be disappointed if you join ! 10 stars for this gym and everyone who works here 🌟

Miami Strong is my favorite gym in miami. The atmosphere is motivating, and the facilities are top-notch. They have so much equipment. My trainer, Edwin, is the best. He is knowledgeable and dedicated. Under his guidance, I've seen amazing progress and I can’t wait to see more. The staff is friendly, and the gym is super clean. They have thought of everything … phone charger stands and even provide hair bands if you ever need any! Highly recommend it! 5*
