Very high price for not a lot of equipment. Owner acts like he know a lot about boxing but really doesn't know a lot. I'd you like to hit a bag for 150 a month this is the rifht place for you.

True storyIt was a young guns first day i guess he didnt have no gloves so the fill in intructor told him just grab any glovesHe grabbed a pair then the owner basically chewed him out he was rude all he had to tell him was not thoseThe fill in intructor didnt say any thing speak up for him or nothinThe guy kept cool but you dont know if the next man carrying or not ion care if you box or not respect is due

This place is legit, original, profesional and the only place I recommend to my current clients and friends overall to go for proper boxing classes. There is plenty of parking and classes both during day time and night time. The vibe is amazing and the workouts are effective and throughly guided. Excellent value

If you are looking to learn proper boxing techniques and strategy this is the right spot for you.I've been a member for a month now and I've seen coach Brown train on one-on-one sessions as well as group classes and the man doesn't skip a beat, he'll correct your form and provide positive feedback when it's deserved.I'm incredibly thankful to have found a place I look forward to go day in and day out.
