From the first day coming into steel edge. I knew this was my fitness home. The coaching is focused on your improvement, and making sure that you understand the purpose of what your doing. Too many "crossfit" gyms are superficial with random workouts. The programming at steel edge shows the owner and head coach Eddy is dedicated to fitness and overall strength conditioning. You will not be disappointed with your visit, the people, or the environment. Come check us out.
