The teachers are all professionals with the different courses. They have several fitness machines available as well. I've been happy with my experience here. To all my mates, I highly recommend this place.

Great gym. Has all the equipment you need. All it need is better operation hours in the weekends and holidays.

Not that bad of a place, I read all of the previous comments. True, parking situation isn't the best, but at least there's good range of machines to work just about every aspect of the body. The gym's cleanliness is one of the best I've seen and since it really deals with more local people the atmosphere feels nice. Managers are nice too and occasionally make a cafecito for the people

One of my favorite places to workout. Tony runs a smooth operation. I don’t ever have to deal with any Added BS like at other gyms.

This is my favorite gym in the “MIA”. First of all, it’s affordable. I don’t know of any health club that charges $5 for a day pass (no limitation or restriction) meaning you pay to use the club for the entire day. (Only $5 bucks) which by the way, gets refunded if during the same day after working out you decide to purchase a regular membership. 👍Memberships are around $20 per month no down payment or deposit and it includes “FREE PERSONAL TRAINING COACHING AND FITNESS TRACKING”. Also, they have NO CONTRACT and their cancellation policy for the EFT (which is recurrent billing/ auto payment) is only 15 days...NOT 30 DAYS. Every other membership is month to month. You basically pay for the month you’re going to use. They accept cash and credit card payments.This gym is always clean. In my opinion, this is a plus because a well maintained, clean club will prevent you from being exposed to viruses, bacteria or anything else that can easily spread. Besides all weights are being constantly re-racked. As a women, it’s very important to be able to use any equipment without having to unload all the plates. Another plus are the operating hours. The gym opens at 6am and closes at 10pm. They have lockers and showers, but you need to bring your own lock.It’s a BODYBUILDER’S HEAVEN!!! They have multiple Bench Presses, Lat Pulldown, Shoulder press, squat rack, preacher curl, leg press, smith machine, cable crossover machine, etc...Their dumbbell rack goes all the way to 135 lbs and a lot more. Management has recently made new equipment additions to the gym, making it a full gym.They also have cardio equipment, abs equipment, a large TURF area, artificial grass for functional training and classes. I truly enjoy the friendliness and service they provide. If any equipment goes out of service, it’s fixed right away. I’ve been to other clubs and the cardio machine can be broken for weeks and nobody cares. The staff are very approachable and always ready to help.

Extremely clean gym, weights go up to 115lb so it’s ideal for my bodybuilder boyfriend. They have functional training equipment. All the cardio machines work so smoothly. It’s all around perfect.

This is the worst gym ever the machines are broken. Also the girl that works there just because i left the weight on the floor told me that i have any problem with her i have to leave, she was screaming at me in front of other people. This gym is trash trust me dont come here.

The gym is good as far as range of equipment, space and barbells. My only complaint is there are only four working treadmills and management doesn't care if one person is on it for 75, 80 minutes. I came in the evening and had to wait more than 50 minutes before a treadmill opened up. They could at least put a time limit and a waiting list so newcomers dont cut in line to be fair to everyone. Might help business..
