Working out by the river bank next to shipyards in a full hard core gym gives me the inspiration to work as hard as I can. Now being coached by Ferrino takes this experience to a whole different level. I am a triathlete and he understands, depending on your discipline, how to build your routine. It is not the same to train a sprinter from an endurance athlete, not the same to train a martial arts Olympian from a heavy weight lifter or a Rugby player for that matter. Ferrino understands what biodynamics are relevant to your sport and emphasizes developing those strengths. Can't live without him..........

Ferino sports is my go to gym whenever I am in the area! I travel a lot this way for business and always make it a point to stop into this beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the views are stunning, it gives a whole new meaning of going to the gym! Can't wait to get back!

Need a place to work out? This is way more than that! Not only has Eduardo Ferrino, the owner, put me in the best shape I have ever been he has also changed my life. Here the trainers are more than just that. They are therapists, psychologists, friends, and much more!!And it doesn't stop there! I have never waited to use a machine here and it is a first class personal fitness center. And the views are spectacular being right on the river!

This sports club that really makes the difference.I joined when I was looking for a place to workout with a personal trainer and what I found was much more than that.This place has specific workouts for what each person needs, the level of professionalism and dedication amazes me constantly, and the staff besides being qualified is friendly, you are not just a "customer" they take the time to understand your goals and limitations, always thinking on the long term results.About the facilities, high end equipment and it is always clean.Location is great, if you are lucky enough you will get to see some amazing sunsets, and the flexibility to work around my own work schedule it is a big plus.I hope Ferrino Sports Fitness Club stays in business for a long time.
