Crunch Fitness - Midland

Clean place & courteous staff. Way too many people! It's too small to have this many people at one time. They need to take over all the spaces between them & Ashley's to maybe have enough room.

I have been going to crunch for several months and I do like the vibe. However, the equipment padding on several machines need to be replaced and it's very dirty. Paper to wipe down equipment is hard to find at times but over all, Not Bad!!!

Plenty of equipment with adequate space, classes, and a sauna and let's not forget 24hrs. But you can't go wrong if you have little kids and need gym time. This place has a day care as well

The gym was surprisingly clean. They have a good variety of equipment. Most gyms do not have a sauna anymore, they do have one. The layout is very easy to use.

Love this gym, and the girls in charge of the daycare take GREAT care of my little girl.They always greet her as we walk in the door and love on her I couldn’t think of a better place to workout while having my little girl with me!

Haven’t had a problem with staff or the gym persay, just To many people standing around hoggin up benches and equipment takin pictures, and young kids standin around in the way, not a great gym if you’re serious about workin out, however gym is pretty clean

Been going for over a year now and For the ridiculous amount y'all charge you would think it would be cleaner. Y'all want us to o wipe down our equipment after use then make sure your paper towel dispensers are stocked. This occurs way to often this morning there wasn't a single paper towel in the gym so couldn't wipe after each use. So I apologize for the next guy after me. Seriously thinking about changing gyms only reason I stay is spin class.

It depends on who is there, the night guys and girls have different rules unless you’re their friends. I had to empty out my bag to show my tanning eyewear but someone else got to scan and go right in as I was looking. The consistency is low. I wouldn’t care about the rules if everyone had to follow them, I should probably just buddy up with one of them so I can get the freebies too.

it was great just crazy busy every day but the energy was great! the childcare was 10/10!! i'm a stay at home mom and was very nervous about how my babies would react to staying with strangers and candi was so patient and sent me updates throughout which made me feel so much better!

Moved out of state and last time I was there I went to cancel my membership. No manger was there so they told me I could call any other day and a manager could do it over the phone since I would be out of state. I’ve been calling several times for a month now trying to get this taken care of before I get charged again and every time I talk to someone they pull up my information and say they will give it to a manager to take care of it for me. Haven’t received a call or email any of those times. So frustrating having to call over and over again and get the same answer with no follow through on what they say they’re going to do.
