This is my go to place for workout. The staff is so welcoming and all the instructors are awesome. There is always few weekly sessions which will motivate to workout. OTF maintains cleanliness

I have been coming here regularly since they opened in March ‘23. I’ve been in the military, I’ve done CrossFit and I have to say this is one of the best one hour workouts I’ve found. One of the great features about OTF is that you can see your progress over time with the time and distance benchmark workouts. But what really keeps me coming back are the friends I’ve made here and the front desk staff and coaches that are absolutely outstanding!

I opened my membership at this Milpitas studio right when it opened in March, and I'm super glad I did! I've been to many other locations in the South Bay and even Southern California since joining and I can honestly say this one is the best one.All the equipment is brand new, and the coaches are super friendly and engaging! They actually pay attention and make an effort to make your experience a good one. Also, every time I've called in for questions, the staff have been nothing but helpful. Even when I had an accident in April and had to pause my membership, they were really kind about it.I even brought my boyfriend here to try a class with coach Nate once and he really enjoyed it! I genuinely feel like the team here is exceptional and goes above and beyond. Keep up the good work Milpitas team!

Love the coaches- Bryan and Nate. Their workouts are great, and they do pay attention and try to correct whenever possible. 6 how they provide us with constant motivation during the workouts. The staff at reception is great too! The location is clean and there's ample parking available.

I go to OTF and sometimes 24 hour fitness, and there is might takePros:1. High energy classes with loud music to pump you up2. Staff and trainers are great. You get a vibe and not everyone but a few staff know you by name and it feels great3. You get dedicated standard equipment and it works unless there is that one person who hogs up every weight imaginable from extra station and then asks for your weights too4. Fixed 1 hr workout get done, get outAdvice (some of these are personal)1. Know your limits, just that you have lifted weights in past or used gym machine does not mean you skip any intro class. I have sprained my back, shoulders etc by using more weight out of excitement and energy. Listen to the coach and your body.2. It’s not 1:1 session, trainers correct your form, but they can’t focus their 100% on 1 person out of 39-403. Listen to coach’s motivation, but know thyself first, and listen to thine body. Don’t push too hard too fast too early.4. If you pick up large weight early, your form will be definitely wrong. Start light focus on form.Cons:1. Parking can be difficult (so I started scootering)2. 5:15 6:30Classes get booked fast, fixed seats (plan your week in advance)3. Music is loud (90db+, I use their provided earplugs)4. The OTF heart rate monitor band is finicky. If you your stats shown on TV use Apple Watch connector - it is costly but sometimes on saleAny workout has associated risk or injury and expect to be injured due to strain once 3-4 months. Warm up, build the small muscle groups before you focus on the large muscle groups.Overall: convenient location for me come get workout (I push my scooter from home to this location - 5 mins). I like the staff. I sprain some part of my body to I am learning how to handle.

I signed up for an introduction class yesterday. And my class was scheduled for 7:45pm. When I showed up for the class at 7:45 when people had lined up to go into the gym the person at the counter didn’t allowed me inside. He told me I need to get here 30 min before the class starts. Even though while I see others going on he still did not allowed me to go in. He told me that the instructor needs to go over with you with the equipment before the class and some form I need to sign. I asked them I could just sign the form but still he won’t let me sign it. I told him that it is not the first time of me using the equipment but still he would not let me inside. I requested to speak to the supervisor and he told me that the supervisor is inside the class and I will need to wait for the class to get over. The person at the counter also told me that I should have received a text message that I need to come 30 min before. I happily showed him all my text messages and showed him that there was no messages from them. There were 2 people at the reception and both of them were really rude. I would never come here again. I recommend you find some other place where atleast you are treated like a valuable customer. If I could I would have really given 0 stars.

Great studio! Weekday morning 2G classes are my favorite. I absolutely love Madison’s playlists. Juanluis, Ania, and Eva are very professional, talented, and inspiring coaches. Daniel and Reimo at the front desk always provide the best customer service. Everything is clean and well maintained!

Nothing particularly bad about this place, just seemed very sales-y. Not my type of place, but could be good for someone else. I recommend signing up for free first class first to try it out before purchasing membership.

The studio is new and conveniently located. It’s a bit small compared to other studios.I have attended multiple classes here and found the coaches are not motivating at all. One coach kept forgetting where we are at in the workout and we had to remind her multiple times. Other coaches are low key and don’t have the enthusiasm and energy that coaches at other studios have. All of them ignore the bike during the class. I start losing interest in the workout by the time the second set starts. Classes are expensive and not worth the money. The only thing that works is the location.

Has absolutely become my happy place.Clean and well maintained gym. All the staff members and coaches are friendly and supportive. For the first time in my life I look forward to my workouts. Seriously! I rushed back for a class the day after I got back from vacation. I have seen a huge difference in my fitness level and confidence in less than 2 months. Love that it’s a family run business. Elaine ( the owner) is awesome.
