This place has changed my life! I've been working out here for three years and I can can do things I did not know we're even possible for me. I especially love that Adrian really made me perfect the basics before learning more. So many workout classes I've been to felt like I didn't really get the muscle memory because they were trying to teach new things every day. I also appreciate that I can bring my friends and Adrian meets them where they are at in their fitness journey. Totally non-judgemental and very professional. Cannot say enough about this place!

Adrian's school is great, the kick boxing class is a good class. Adrian is very thorough with his teaching, he makes sure you understand what he's teaching you. All the students that go to the school are very nice and supportive of each other.

Great training at a great price. Good coach and good people. Schedule has nighttime and daytime hours so it's flexible enough to go to juijuitsu or kickboxing with anyone's schedule. I have been training here for 6months and I'm addicted!!!
