I started working out at Crush Fitness recently and I recommend it! You get a baseline evaluation so you know where you've started and can measure your progress. The workouts are challenging and the moves as well as their benefits to you physically are explained so you know the why behind every exercise. Spenser makes it fun so the challenge isn't quite as noticeable 😉
