Pre pandemic I definitely felt like I got my moneys worth going, however a lot of the spaces became ‘reserve only’ which really bites when you’re paying the price you do on a year contract. Overall it is a solid gym especially if you’re into tennis and have kids involved. Weight/gym equipment is a little cramped but gets the job done. The facility is clean and well kept, staff there are incredible in all my experience. My criticisms are primarily regarding the tennis offerings/club system but the gym itself is solidLack of tennis tournaments for adults, when I first joined they ran a few adult singles/doubles tournaments yearly which were always a joy and involved all the elite clubs in the area, but they stopped that almost completely. They have tons of beginner tennis adult socials and things but competition is something you have to make on your own which is weird for a club with such a high tennis focus.I asked about these coming back was told they had no plans to do singles tournaments. They do have “leagues” you can drop in, but you’re paying $20 a match on top of your membership even when court time is free during the summer. And thats if these leagues are at one of the elites you’re a member at.The fact that you can only go to the other clubs 4 times a calendar year is also absurd. I’ve heard theres an ownership change semi recently so maybe thats the cause of somethings but overall it feels like the gym is charging more but providing less and less as time passes.

Decent gym. Its the contracts that I have an issue with.I felt unsafe working out with so many people who did not have their masks on, and given its a gym, there was a lot of sweat and panting. Despite not feeling safe and wanting to cancel, they insisted I paid the entire amount. Not offering any kind of forgiveness during a global pandemic is a shady business practice in my book.I would put your money towards a gym that actually cares.

I have been a member for 2.5 years. The front desk people are nice. I joined primarily for winter tennis only. My complaint is that the tennis rates have increased again recently beyond normal adjustments by the new owner during a pandemic that has negatively affected the incomes and work benefits of many members. This is quite disappointing.

Will not let you put your membership on hold during covid 19 pandemic...not willing to just extend from when you restart...regardless of how your household feels about indoor public spaces. Too bad too sad is their answer. Great customer service.

I took my granddaughter to the event that was advertised as a Free event in a public event page. We were turned away saying that the event was for members only. When I expressed interest in membership I was refused a full tour of the facility. I will be making a Google review. I was considering a membership but now I will never join this club.
