Absolutely love this place. My friend told me about it and I was a bit nervous. Yes it was very hard but it does get “easier”… until you change your springs! Overall coaches are great- very nice & welcoming. Love them all!

Franchise studio that opened in Milwaukee early 2021. Uses reformer machines that take a bit of getting used to.First workout is brutal as it is a totally different style than other classes you’ve tried before. If you come back for your second class, you’ll find it starts to feel more natural. By your third class you’ll be hooked.The instructors here are super friendly and outgoing and they make a point to learn your name and cheer you on throughout class. The space is modern and has some nice post class amenities (dry shampoo, face wash, etc).

Solidcore is amazing , plain and simple. Challenging but addictive. Delany is one of the best instructors I’ve had in 20 plus years in fitness. Her energy is infectious and motivates you to give everything you’ve got. And there is no better trait for a movement or fitness instructor to have.
