Wild has changed my life for the better and I feel stronger, more graceful, and much happier because of the workouts and the atmosphere at Wild. The work-outs in small group are varied and provide the right level of challenge to those of us who need the encouragement to move from 12 pounds to 15 pounds as well as those that start at 30 pounds. I often have fun and leave feeling good about my day.

I've been going to Wild for almost 7 years and love it! It's like recess time for adults with all the toys (equipment) we use. I barely notice how hard I am working because I'm having so much fun.The coaches design workouts that are challenging but they offer modifications so I can work at my level. They also make suggestions about my form, encourage me to try heavier weights and help me get the most out of the bootcamp. They keep me wondering what they will dream up next - AMRAP, Tabata, or TGU with champagne.The camaraderie of coaches and clients keeps me accountable and is a big part of why I love Wild Workout and Wellness.Regularly attending Wild classes has improved my strength, flexibility, stability and confidence. I use Wild workouts to compliment my PT sessions for a shoulder injury and knee pain.In the attached picture I proudly wore my Wild shirt as I hiked the Himalaya Mountains of India. I was able to enjoy the trip partly due to the training of my Wild workouts.

I’ve been enjoying Wild workouts for over a year now. The small group workouts are designed to accommodate all ages & fitness levels. The trainers are great managing the exercise variations by individual levels from beginner to advanced. And it’s Fun! I’m also looking forward to participating in the other class offerings and outside activities also available.

I found Wild when trying out gyms many years ago and chose it because I liked the small group format, the variety of the workouts, and the coaches’ commitment to meeting everyone where they are and helping them develop goals for their fitness and wellness. I’ve stayed all these years because it has become such a supportive community for me. I love the work and the strength I have developed, but starting the day with my 5:30 crack o’ dawn crew laughing and supporting one another keeps me showing up, even before sunrise.

Amazing gym! I have been going to Wild for close to a year now and although my trainers and the physical location has changed... the feeling of accomplishment I get after a workout with them has not. I really look forward to my 5:45 am morning workouts with Paul and the other people in my bootcamp class. (Paul the instructor usually brings us some protein snacks too!). Everyone--staff and clients are all very friendly and inviting.

I have been a client for just over 3 years now. I can say without hesitation that I have not felt this mentally and physically strong in 20 years. The coaches are highly skilled, compassionate, and fun. The workouts change daily. Workouts are challenging but easy to modify to accommodate each fitness level.This is truly a gym that has created a fitness community. It's worth the investment of time and money.

I have been a Small Group Wild client for many years. I have continued to benefit not only from the individualized attention given by the experienced instructors but also from the extemporaneous interaction with fellow clients who bring a diversity of backgrounds, ages and fitness levels, which makes the classes fun. Whenever I read about some beneficial training technique, I realize that the Wild trainers have already incorporated into our sessions. Convenient times, fair pricing, cleanliness and free parking are a plus.

I've been going to Wild for over 5 years. What started as an uncommitted tour of local gyms has turned into an essential part of my weekly schedule. I don't say that lightly, as getting up for 5:30am workouts took some getting used to. The "crack o' dawn" crew, including the coaches, are now more than friends -- they are family. Despite the hanging pull-ups (still can't do 'em) and Turkish get-ups (can do 'em, but don't like to), I look forward to my workouts and am now the strongest I have ever been. Thank you, Wild, for being an integral part of my wellness journey.
