I love the Wisconsin Athletic Club! I am a member and we’ve also brought them in to do classes for my work, and the customer service can’t be beat on either end. Lots of incentives, classes and perks for members so you’ll never be bored, …

Decent gym, but total disconnect between the excellent staff who work there and the corporate billing department. Member services assured us that tricksy contract cancelling fees would be waived, but backtracked and demanded payment. What …

Poor hours. The steam room and sauna are both broken 80% of the time. The sauna rarely gets over 170 degrees and the steam room rarely spits out steam, nor does it get hot. For the high price of membership, they should be expected to fix …

I certainly enjoy the WAC Downtown location and the convenience of free parking they provide to members! The equipment is well maintained and sanitized regularly. I am a senior man with some especial considerations when exercising. I have been working out with Corey Petta and is a very diligent, caring and knowledgeable trainer! While I’m still getting familiar with the gym, it has been a pleasurable experience!

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. By far. It doesn’t smell at all, even the locker rooms smell clean. Staff is nice. Equipment is updated, functional, and clean. Locker rooms are spacious and well equipped. I can’t find a single complaint except that their hours are somewhat restrictive on weekends.

Awesome amenities! This location has a large selection of equipment to utilize for your workout. As well as an updated locker room with large sauna and steam room. During the times I go (between 2pm and 4pm) it is not crowded but even during peak hours you don't have to wait too long for a machine to become free.

Everyone I have ever worked with her is very friendly, from the front desk to the trainer's. The floor isn't huge but they use the space better than clubs with twice the room. The classes are always popular and seem to be great group …
