Good equipment and nice trainers. Clean. It's not an intimidating place. People generally ignore each other which is a good thing if you are awkward at the fitness stuff like me. People don't go here to be seen. Good for beginners and more advanced. There are some classes when it's not a pandemic, but this isn't a gym running lots of classes every day.UPDATE 2022: I love that they've added the free group workouts and monthly group workshops (eg. core, bench press, deadlift...) so you don't have to pay more to get help, and it's a good way to get to know some fellow gym attendees. That said, I have no regrets paying more for for private training - the progress I've seen with accountability, and the nutrition help has been amazing. I train with Morgan - but I'd be just as happy with Brian or Paul. They're all awesome - professional and friendly.

I had an amazing experience training in the gym, the trainers and employees were friendly and fun! Customer service is amazing and the gym is always in good condition.

I continue to be impressed with the quality of customer service provided at this location. Any suggestions and concerns have been promptly addressed by staff thus far. Thank you! Very open feeling and spacious anytime fitness. It has the usual cardio equipment in the front, a group exercise section in the middle and free lifting weights in the back.I use the barbell for most of my exercising so I’ll give my opinion on that. It has three squat racks which are good for squats and overhead presses. You can do bench presses here by moving a bench from the dumbbell section over, but I’m definitely not a fan compared to a dedicated bench press. It’s not as comfortable since the dumbbell bench can fold, so while you lay on it, it can move around a lot. It also has some deadlifting type of weights in the corner, but deadlifting here is a bit hard since the space it uses is small, and it doesn’t have a deadlift bar jack to make it easy to set up the deadlift weights.I usually go at odd hours, but I can say the squat racks can be filled up easily.Los Campeones is a better gym for strength training hands down, but their hours are just to limiting for my liking. So this is probably the best 24 hour gym with weight lifting.
