I love the concept of functional 45 training and HIIT focused workouts but this specific f45 location is outstanding! The facility is immaculate - sanitized & organized to perfection! Before & after every single class I’ve taken. The trainers are superb. I love the positive energy and motivational vibes from each instructor - Marc, Suz, Leo & Patrick! Shoutout to each of you for making a difference in this world. You’re all amazing and your dedication is much appreciated!

The coaches are the best! The gym is so clean and the atmosphere is welcoming to all!

The workouts are great - challenging and tons of variety! Also a great gym atmosphere with friendly, motivating coaches.

Former F45 member of the St. Louis Park location but now reside downtown. Signed up as Founder member prior to the gym opening. Had to pay a small reservation fee but received an awesome gift bag when the gym finally opened including the Lionheart heart rate monitor. Gyms located in great locationa and all the trainers are great. GF and I are there 5 days a week and love it!

SCAM AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!!!!About 6 weeks ago I was contacted about the F45 training camp at the downtown Minneapolis location. I paid a 50.00 fee to a woman name Jordyn just to hold my spot because they were unsure of when the gym would open for business. I checked in periodically with her by text and kept up with the updates in my email. I was informed that the monthly charge would not be charged on my card until I actually showed up for the work outs and training sessions. Unfortunately during these times I have put my time into taking care of someone who was ill with Covid 19 and finding a full time job to support my family since this pandemic put me in a situation where I’ve become unemployed and is scraping change to pay my bills. This has been a challenge for many these days. I also tried leaving voicemails with people at F45 gyms and was told someone would reach out to me, no one did, well I waited an additional week before calling back and speaking with the gym manager! He told me that he will not refund my money and cared nothing about the circumstances surrounding me not having the time to train at the gym. He cared nothing about the pandemic that is going on and told me I should have just trained from home! Jordyn also has the same bright idea💡 . Obviously nothing I’ve said or told them mattered. Oddly, I happened to get an email today from F45 stating that they have to close the gym for 30 days due to the pandemic and will be doing refunds to people! The nerve of these people and I never signed any papers or agreed to anything the lady said it was just to hold my spot should I decide if it would work for me. It was all a lie, just a way to get money out of people. I will be reaching out to the BBB in reference to this and give them all the texts message info and details regarding the 220.00 F45 gym took from me and my kids!
