Spacious downtown gym with two basketball courts, a great 25 yard lap pool and plenty of workout space. The instructors of the group fitness classes (yoga, cycling etc.) are top, the staff is always friendly and helping. All areas are kept nice and clean all the time. Can't tell anything negative right now about this club, maybe the membership fee seems pretty high.

Downstairs inside the Target Center. Ample space, equipment, and the equipment + amenities you’d expect from Life Time Fitness.Front desk was friendly, lockers are very large, indoor running track, 2 basketball courts, swimming pool + hot tubs, cafe & bar. And even a office/business workspace area - sadly I didn’t test their internet speeds.Compared to NYC Life Time price @ $250+/mo this place is amazing. You pay less & get more. It’s 10x larger & less crowded.I just wish Life Time showers had face wash & rubber mats in the walkway to increase safety & minimize slipping.

It's a nice enough club. But they need to update their biometric security system. It's broken and a security risk.
