Not only is it in Beautiful Doral City Place, the space is property kept clean, the staff is phenomenal and they actually care. If you aren't chiseled and strong as they are yet, just looking at them makes you push yourself. The whole visualization of how and where you want to go. Incredible strength day! First time with Partner Interval Training and it was awesome!From the first moment walking in the door, the sense of community is unmistakable. Everyone was encouraging and motivating each other from the locker room to the very last circuit. I am not a fan of other gyms because of their competitive and egoic nature. I felt the exact opposite here. True collaboration and 1:1 support when needed. Family vibes.Enough to CHALLENGE and push out of the comfort zone yet still within reach. Definitely coming back!
