Not sure why I am still going to this gym. It is no where near any other 24 hour fitness that I’ve gone to in the past. There is paper and empty bottles everywhere. There is often a horrible smell in the weight area. Sauna and steam room area is filthy along with the locker rooms. Something definitely needs to change

The gym is loaded with great equipment, weights and amenities but the cleanliness and organization is horrible. The staff are never seen on the floor except the trainers. The dumbbells are ALEAYS all over the gym. No one is held accountable to reracking. Paper towel dispensers and bottles are rarely filled. Front desk spend all there time talking to each other or on the phones and pay no attention to anyone checking in if they have membership or if they're even in proper gym attire.

This gym has gone down the drain. Been coming here since they opened over a decade ago. Since then , the staff, cleanliness and equipment have gone down the drain. The cardio machines are always out of order or don’t work properly. The staff mainly seem there to hangout. The equipment broken or breaking. Parts of machines missing. It’s a shame. Used to be one of the only gyms in the area that i swore by. Now I can’t wait to leave after a workout. I mean there’s been broken a broken mirror in the weight training area for months with glass sitting on the floor. Cmon guys.

I've had a 24 Hour Fitness membership for over ten years and the management of this location in particular is making me consider canceling it for good.Weights are always strewn about and never picked up - clientele should be following gym etiquette but in the absence of that, employees should pick up and organize equipment, which I've seen occur regularly at locations like Plantation.Equipment goes missing frequently and is never replaced - about six months ago (or more!) the deadlift bar jack went missing. When asked, several employees had either no idea what happened to it or claimed it'd been stolen. It's at best a $90 piece of equipment that can aid in loading a bar for a deadlift and there's no reason it should be gone for so long.Equipment is damaged often and never repaired. The lat pull down (pictured here) has had this sign on it for months. The back raise bench (also pictured here) was pulled out to the point of breaking over three months ago and still hasn't been fixed as of this post. At one point, the safety pin for a cable hi-lo pulley was outright gone, meaning that the wrong application of force could've brought the whole setup down.Asking for a manager - twice, of two different employees - leads to us being told that we need to speak to them directly when they're here, from Monday-Friday from 8-4, no email or phone given. This is unacceptable for the majority of people with typical work hours.In the last couple of years, this gym has gone from comfortable and functional (and very active!) to dangerous and negligent. Look elsewhere for a gym - I plan to.

Imagine coming to work out at 5 am, because this place is supposed to be open at that time. However, for some reason, you spend 45 minutes waiting for someone to show up, wasting your time and losing momentum and the advantage of being early for the day. Well, that happens here often... Ridiculous.

This place is a total mess. I regret doing a 2 year membership with this location . Today I show up at this Miramar location just to find out is closed. People waiting for hours with not clear description why. This is suppose to be open 24hr as it the name of the franchise. I was advising other members to go to the near by location in 27th ave which is. Nicer, cleaner and more organize Managment. Please do not waste your time going to this gym location until the fix the multiple issue they have there. Please fix the fMIRROR IN THE BACK IS A SAFETY HAZARD to THE MEMBERS.
