What does not challenge you will not change you I have been coming to this place almost 2 years and every class is always a challenge you just get better and powerful I have lost 73 pounds & coming for more ! This place cured my over all health & happy to say am no longer diabetic or on any diabetes medication thank you purepower for saving my life .

I love love going to PurePower since it opened many years ago! I have seen them grow and become the place to exercise from spinning to functional training and even yoga. Carolina, Deyvis, Oxalia, Alejandro, Juan and so many more are excellent! Totally recommended it in Doral and I am sure it will be the excel in all locations (Midtown, Kendall and Orlando). Keep it up!!!!!!!

Best indoor cycling classes in Florida! They have an amazing, fun, and unique way to cycle and their staff works very hard to help us clients achieve our goals. They just always have this amazing vibe and energy around… You definitely won’t find such a challenging but fun workout anywhere else.
