The energy of this place is amazing. All of the trainers are very friendly and helpful. I love how the workouts are different everyday. I’ve gone to other gyms and I would be lost and not knowing what the heck to do and I would end up being bored on the treadmill. The time goes by fast and by the end of my class I feel accomplished.
