My two weeks with Yogi Hari definitely were not easy, it was challenging and it was a wonderful opportunity for growth. I really enjoyed my time here! I learned so very much! Rama, Sita and Rasa as well as the other volunteers are wonderful and of course so is Yogi Hari :-)A couple tips would be to definitely bring a small fan. You are barefoot in the house all the time and you can't wear shoes so little socks with grip are nice. Be prepared to volunteer 1 hour a day for karma yoga and if that is something that you don't want to do I would suggest that you don't come, because it really throws off the energy of the group when a couple people are not participating. You also have Dish Duty in the kitchen for approximately three meals, I found this to be fun and you work with four other students. Be prepared to give up alcohol, smoking and caffeine for your two weeks and I would highly suggest that you break the cell phone addiction by always leaving it in your room and not bringing it with you to lecture so that you are fully present :-)I found the food to be very delicious and satisfying, maybe too satisfying LOL I was hoping to lose more weight but at least I was able to lose a couple pounds! This of course was my responsibility and due to enjoying the bread and many meals with carbs. There are stores that aren't far away and there are students that live close by that have cars so it's normally easy to go pick up something at the store if you need it.They do ask for you to be modest and not to show your belly so plan on bringing tank tops that are full length. It can be super super hot here I never wore any of my lightweight sweaters that I brought and I came in April, I also only wore long leggings the first day after that it was shorts. You will definitely want an all white outfit although there is a Target nearby it's helpful if you just bring that with you!I highly recommend this training in fact I am going to offer it to my children as a gift if they are truly interested! Thank you so much for this amazing affordable experience!

I'm Priscilla from Texas.. So I was apart of Yogi Hari's 200 RYT program in August of 2019. I for sure was kind of skeptical about it when first reading about it but I'm sooo glad I completed my Sampoorna Teacher Training there. It was a great perspective shifting experience. I met amazing people, ate delicious, healthy food, and learned so much over the 2 weeks I was there. I really loved the morning and evening Satsang. I felt connected with everyone while chanting and it seemed to ease me a lot. Rasa, Ambika, and Radjha are so talented and amazing. They accommodate you as needed. One thing, going here you have to arrive with an open mind not expecting a luxury resort. Because it is an ashram, you live with the essentials which also you will learn a lot about yourself in all kinds of area. I enjoyed gardening, chanting, yoga practice and the food. You do get 2 meals a day and there are nearby stores where you can purchase your needs. I look forward to come back for my 300 RYT! I really love this place, for it taught me a lot about life, patience, gratitude, self-awareness, community, and how to spot a spinach rope. Don't wait.. Do it, you wont regret it. Om Shantih Guys <3

I reside in Georgia and in summer of 2019 I was looking for a teacher training class to complete a 200 hr yoga teacher certificate. As I was searching the web noticed the Yogi Hari’s Ashram and decided to learn more about it. I purchased the book Sampoorna Yoga and after reading it, I registered for the training in August. What an amazing journey the life at Yogi Hari’s Ashram it has been and the wealth of knowledge that I have gained during this training.Thank you to Yogi Hari's extraordinarily teaching Sampoorna yoga of fullness that address all aspects of mind, body and spirit. A beautiful garden of peace and love he has created in South Florida. The garden has fresh organic fruits and vegetables especially delicious fresh coconut. As we practiced our Karma yoga daily, we worked as a group in the garden and the house to prepare for meals and enjoy along with our practice of yoga asana, singing and chanting, meditation, and study of yogic philosophy. This was an experience of a lifetime for me and I am forever grateful to Guruji for finding my voice.I met wonderful people from around the world at this ashram and will continue to keep in touch with them for many years to come.I will definitely go back for additional training in the near future.I give thanks to Guruji, Rasa, Radha and Ambika for sharing there blessing of yoga.Om Shantih, Om Peace 🙏🕉#yogiharisashram #sampoornayoga #yoga #yogateachertraining

I have had a good time here. Guruji has a wealth of knowledge that will help you along your spiritual path. I respect him and his experiences very much. I enjoyed hearing him share his stories during Satsang. The experience of a residential course was necessary for me but I know I need more time. This place will offer you solitude along with a lot of knowledge on asanas and will also help you propel your physical practice (the Hatha Yoga teacher is a skilled teacher)! This is why I will be returning for the 300 hour course. I know there is more for me to gain from being here and engaging in each of the yoga aspects offered during the day. 🙏 Thank you for the care and the experience.

Words can not describe this wonderful place. So peaceful, so pure, so pretty. Yoga classes are professional, consistent and very precise. They will get you out of your comfort zone in one way or the other which makes it a great learning experience. I would recommend this (200hr YTT) training to everyone, also when you are not planning on becoming a yoga teacher. The wisdom from GuruJi is life changing. And everything in the ashram is focused on purifying your mind and body - including delicious nourishing food. Thank you again for all your effort, love and dedication to making this possible for many.Om Shantih,Susanne

This was such an uplifting experience. I thought that I came to learn about the discipline of teaching yoga, instead I received so much more. I learned so much about myself, my physical & spiritual boundaries were expanded beyond my wildest dreams. I’m so thankful to have found Yogi Hari’s Ashram for my 200 hours. I’ll be back for the advanced class next year. This is the place. This is the real thing. The biggest plus was the amazing people that I met and the strong bonds we formed. I know these people will be in my life from now on.

My experience at Yogi Haris Ashram was a truly valuable experience. I learned so much in my two weeks for the 200 YTT. My fellow students and I became quiet a family in this time. The support from everyone was so helpful to push us all to see our own potential and see how the teachings can permeate into all aspects of our lives. Those looking to go here for their YTT should be aware that this experience is heavy on spiritual growth and ways to cultivate peace of mind and less emphasis on clinical aspects. With that being said I really enjoyed my experience but it is something to be mindful of! Om Peace

I took the beginners 200 hour course at Yogi Hari’s ashram. Firstly, the Ashram itself is beautiful to go along with great facilities. Everything you could want from an Ashram. Furthermore, if you forgot any small amenities no fret, there’s CVS and public close near by. The course itself includes many different types of yoga to help you along your journey of spiritual growth. We had a very large class during the course but this was no issue as there were multiple disciples of the guru there to help everyone out. Yogi Hari himself is very knowledgeable and wants to reach as many people as possible with his knowledge as he can which I really respect. I will be taking the 300 hr advanced course here now.
