Love this gym! I went for the first time, and Morgan was very helpful when I asked for help because I felt a little overwhelmed at first not knowing where everything was. She happily showed me around and made me feel comfortable. Will absolutely be coming back!

One of the best gyms out there. The people in the gym are kind and focused on what they are doing. The workers are the best especially MILLY she is so so so kind and polite always takes care of me when I walk in and leave. And the protein shakes are always the best and really good tasting. This is the best gym in the area, with the best machines in the industry. The staff is very friendly and outgoing, I always get a hello and a bye each time. The manager is very professional, is often seen cleaning and racking weights. I love the pool and I hope they keep it open unlike the ones in San Antonio. The only think I would say is I wish they had more equipment outside

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with golds. Everything from the beginning of my membership to date has been smooth and enjoyable. Marcus was extremely helpful when signing up for my membership and answering any questions I’ve had after. I’ve been to several different gyms in the area and golds has been the best.

0/10 Do not recommend. This is the WORST golds in the valley. Not all, but some of the customer service clerks are so rude, not welcoming and have made me feel very uncomfortable! Such a shame because the gym itself is nice and clean, but the customer service ruins it 👎 …
