A friend wanted to join me so I redeemed points for a 30 day membership. We walk in, the front desk scans my membership and clicks redeem on my phone, she looks down at her keyboard and starts typing so I’m expecting a temp card / barcode for my friend. After 30 sec she looks up, appears surprised I’m still there & says “that’s it.” So does my friend get a temp card I asked, she said “no nothing because she needs to come with you.” That makes no sense. I have a feeling this is going to take me an 1 Hr to clear up.
