I’m a once a week yogi and have little to no flexibility. I really appreciate that Brian can work with the experts and me in the same class. He’s amazing!

Lori’s classes are so wonderful. She is an excellent teacher with such a calming presence. However I would NOT recommend Brian’s classes. He appears very scattered and unprepared, with very little flow to his classes. More importantly, he does not respect personal space. I told him twice during class I did NOT want hands on adjustments and yet he still touched my hips without my permission which made me extremely uncomfortable. He also only makes adjustments on young women in the class which gives me major creeps.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 4. One never know what to expect when entering an unfamiliar studio. Finding it was a bit challenging as the entrance is around back in an alleyway. Once I found it I was pleasantly surprised! The studio is spacious, plenty of props available, a clean floor, and most importantly knowledgeable teachers. I always try and learn/use one thing from a new/unfamiliar teacher and I can pleasantly say I took away 4 new ideas from my two class experience. If you’re looking for a level 2-3 class with inversions I do not recommend this. However, if you are looking for a 1-2 level flow class this certainly fulfills that search. Missoula May only have a few studios but the quality of this studio makes up for the lack of quantity of studios in the city. I highly recommend trying out this establishment.Kevin

I was just passing through Missoula and took an class with Brian. The studio is an open and spacious but still intimate and loved all the natural light. Brian did a wonderful job of instructing and providing feedback and made sure everyone got the most out of the class. This was a great class for people who like and appreciate more traditional and “spiritually-based” yoga, not a fast-paced fitness style yoga. It was still challenging though, of course!

I signed up for a class with Brian via ClassPass and did not have a good experience at all. On both the CP and studio sites, it said the classes were donation-based. As such, I asked my partner if he wanted to attend a class virtually and assumed my credits would cover the donation for our attendance. Upon arriving to the virtual class, my partner introduced himself as I was getting ready and explained we were both going to be doing the class together. We were then told we needed to pay $15 for another person, which clearly contradicts the “donation-based” claims all over their site. The instructor delayed the start of the class until he received our payment, which took a while due to a technical difficulty with their site and was both embarrassing and unfair to the other attendees. After the class, I received a very rude email from Brian accusing me of being a thief and telling me I could never attend another class at the studio. I responded with screenshots of their site where it stated the classes were donation-based and an explanation of how this caused a miscommunication, but I never heard back from him. We obviously weren’t hiding the fact that 2 of us were attending the class so I’m confused why he jumped to the conclusion that he did and had to be so rude. The entire experience was poor, and I have never felt more unwelcome.

An amazing yoga studio and the best yoga experience I've had in Missoula! Brian is very knowledgeable and genuine. His classes are inclusive with a focus on alignment and staying safe in poses. He has a depth of knowledge of yoga, alignment, and anatomy - if you truly want to learn yoga this is the place to go! Katie's classes are also really wonderful!

Very Enjoyable yoga class at a very inviting 2nd-floor studio (Love the back ally entrance- very cool). Classes are taught in the traditional Indian style: non-competitive. You are taught to follow your body and mind into the pose, without judging or comparing yourself or others. Teachers are thoughtful, accessible, and lead good yoga classes, providing care and feedback to all practitioners. Highly recommended studio.

I stopped in for Brian's 90-minute afternoon class while in Missoula for the day and was blown away. Such a great class! Brian was very respectful of everyone's needs and personal boundaries, and great at making sure everyone was practicing to a challenging level fit to their own limitations. Uncomfortable in a great way - I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. Can't recommend this studio enough!

Brian is an excellent and very pleasant teacher, his yoga space is airy, light and pleasant. If you like a well-balanced vinyasa class, with good work as well as lovely relaxation in savasana, then this is for you. Highly recommended.
