Front desk is poorly staffed and just generally unable to answer basic membership questions. They will tend to numerous other tasks before even acknowledging someone at the counter needing assistance. Offers by staff to reach out via email go unfulfilled. I have never had a good experience visiting this establishment.

Have always loved the Y since I was a kid swimming with friends open gym n pick up games (basketball 🏀) and now I'm a single Parent of almost 11 yr old twin boys who iv raised alone since they were 1 recently went to a bday party n I told them about the past with me going to the Yy all the y basketball 🏀 n Y soccer ⚽ n all the camps they offer I'm disabled can't work but gonna try my hardest to get my kids n I a Y membership then I can work on my Physical Therapy n kids need more swimming lessons I trust the YMCA staff great people whu are kind ʘ‿ʘThanks, Steve, and kids chip n charlie thanks

I love Missoula YMCA ♥️ it’s one of my happy places as a international new resident, it’s perfectly clean, organized and safe.

Filthy place. Only thing cleaned in the locker rooms is the counter and toilets. The showers have black mold and the lockers look like they haven't been cleaned for a year. The floor of the dry sauna is caked with nastyness and you have to listen to pop radio because there are no quiet times, due to the lifeguards NEEDING music 24/7. The customer is not valued unless you fall in line and deal with the bs. Waste of money and time.

Awesome organization! So compassionate and kind. My son and I are so thankful for the kindness their staff/admin extended us!Reading some of the reviews—no place is perfect, we’re all human and have bad days. After all is said and done though, this place was our saving grace and we will be forever grateful for them!

I have lost about 60 pounds this last yr at the Y and I'm so.....happy it has so many different things for my family to enjoy as a family when we go together, as we become a healthier family💯😊💕I love the people that work here, they are always so nice and I'm learning new workouts and we all have fun.
