My daughter got a trampoline for her birthday. Jumping on it without peeing my pants for the first time since having babies inspired me to write a review for this Pilates studio. ‘Twas only possible to have dry undies after sky high bounces bc of the care and guidance of these amazingly skilled instructors. They rehabbed my body (and soul) after kids & an umbilical hernia repair- giving me the confidence to jump on tramps and embrace tank top season like never before. Get it!

It is high time I've given a review to Move! I have been attending barre and Pilates classes at this wonderful studio for probably ten years. The practice of Pilates and the expertise of the instructors have made me stronger as a 50 year old than I ever had been in my younger years, even with lots of running. I don't have back pain any more and I actually have strong abs and significantly increased flexibility. The owner has excellent knowledge of anatomy is very careful not to let people overdo it. I've also taken classes at studios in other states and Move is the best I've experienced!

I've worked with pretty much every instructor at Move and they're all fantastic. I'm so happy I started doing pilates. It's a low-key way to stay fit and keep my body from betraying me while hanging out in a supportive environment with great folks. It's a workout that has really stuck for me, and looking back on where I was vs where I am now makes me really grateful and happy.

I practically lived at Move Missoula for a little over a year. I got so much out of my time there - from private and small group Pilates reformer work, to Barre classes that incorporated mat Pilates moves, and other great core and lower body work. I plan on going back soon as my thumb joint surgery is finally almost healed! I highly recommend Alison as an instructor one-on-one!

The education I received was amazing. My spine health improved and pain reduced. 3.5 years practicing there changed my life. However, the people who attend Move Missoula are intolerant of any body odor and you will be asked not to return if you have any. Beware, this place is only for the elite smelling population.

Move Missoula is a great place. I'm so glad I found it. The instructors are professional and caring and did a great job making adjustments for my injury in class. They took special care of me and gave me a lot of advice. I would recommend Move Missoula to anyone looking to get started or continue in Pilates!
