Oula is the funnest dance party I've ever done. I get a great workout and I can't help but just move every time I hear a song. Kali and Bernice are so welcoming and I truly love being part of an amazing community of people.

I’m in awe of how far n wide Kali has shared her dream of Oula, though after witnessing the inspired hard work of her team and dedication of so many Oulakins, it’s not too surprising. 😉 …

Oula has been a great class to learn new dance moves, become more confident in myself, and meet me friends. Kali, the owner, has such a genuine and kind spirit about her and she is so encouraging. I feel the class is much different and more personal than other fitness classes I've taken, and I get a great workout! The sense of community is very strong and supportive. I love that the moves can be modified for any fitness level and with injuries or mobility issues in mind. The instructors are great at showing easier/alternative moves. I am thankful for Oula!

I had been attending Oula classes for a number of years in the Twin Cities, and was extremely happy that I could continue dancing while on vacation in Montana. I was a bit nervous going into a studio, but the staff and participants were so welcoming, that I felt right at home. I definitely recommend visiting this studio if you are in Missoula. Oula is a fabulous hour of dance that is so much more than a workout. It was awesome to experience it in THE Oula Studio.

Oula has changed my life. It has given me a place to experience and express, to dance and giggle, to let go of my stress. I love meeting many types of people through Oula and love having a new experience in different classes. Ive never been to the studio...but since Kali is the heart of the studio and Oula, I cannot wait to one day experience class here. Do yourself a favor and go!!

I fell in love with Oula when I lived in Missoula. Whether I went to class at the studio, at my local Y, or at another facility, I knew I was entering a safe and welcoming space where I could connect with my body and my emotions on the dance floor, AND get an amazing workout at the same time. Kali is an intuitive and generous human who has created a beautiful thing. I live in Los Angeles now, and became a certified instructor last May. I’m not a trained dancer and no one’s definition of coordinated. But the energy and community of Oula- and a firm commitment to the Oula proclamation that IT DOESNT MATTER HOW IT LOOKS, IT MATTERS HOW YOU FEEL keeps me leading, loving, and coming back for more. Try it! You’re safe here!

OULA has been a part of my life since 2013, and dancing at the main Missoula Studio is such a joy! I always feel so welcomed when I come from out of town (Helena).I love that the studio has regular classes, empowerment weekends, and special events.OULA is such a powerful experience, not just because I get a great workout, but because I get to feel a whole range of emotions. I can dance when I’m angry or frustrated and need a release, I can dance when I’m joyful and want to celebrate, I can dance when I’m sad or depressed and need a boost, and I can dance when I’m anxious and need grounding and connection with my body.Thank you, Kali, and everyone at the studio for this beautiful gift of love, dance, and connection for EVERYONE!

I don't have words to express my gratitude to Kali for creating this format. She is a very talented woman who has worked super hard to make Oula what it is today. Some of it is also because the people she met along the way loved Oula so much that they had to pass it along to others they knew. I had a hard time working out in a gym but since I found Oula, going to the gym is a treat. Oula is not only about working out, it is about community, its about people and their lives. Oula is very close to my heart. Thanks Kali and her lovely team that makes the magic happen.

I would give it 10 stars if I could! Oula and the Oula Studio changed my life! Before Oula, I struggled to drag myself to the gym every day. Once I finally gave Oula a real try, I fell in LOVE. (FYI: it takes like 5-10 classes before you will get it, but then it's way easier) I've now been dancing for a little over two years, and not only have I stopped dreading working out, but I often go to two classes a day. I CANNOT get enough of Oula!! The dance moves are creative, the music is catchy (top 40), and everyone is having fun! Nobody is there to judge and no one cares if you mess up. Its just meant to be fun and just happens to be a great workout while you're at it.

Have danced for many many years, aerobics, jazzercise, ballroom and zumba. Oula is my least favorite dance workout. The instructors have a difficult time remembering the moves and there are way to many transitions for them and the class …
