If you want to encounter some trainers with poor manners and terrible attitudes towards some clients, whether or not you are receiving their service, then this is definitely the place for you. I suggest avoiding by all means necessary. Also, limited amount of parking space and high chance you always get tickets by the city.

If you like pretentious people, this is your place! I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a gym in my whole life! Not welcoming, the front desk people couldn’t care less to greet you or ignore you as they have someone “more important” to greet right by you. If you want to flush your money down the toilet for this place, go ahead. But check out the other reviews where they don’t kept track of your account then send you to collections. BEWARE!!

the person natalie who signed me up was nice. I took a tour and the place was like a mausoleum . Everything blocked off, no water, no food, no sitting area, nothing. Also a guy not wearing his mask while not exercising. Anyways, i like that my 11 year old can sign up for free. Disappointed that my wife would have to sign up for a initiation fee, plus 66 a month. No day passes for me signing up for friends, off to a bad start. They took my temperature, although how that really is relevant? one could have covid and be 98 or less. I have not used facility yet because of hour limitations which are 5am to 10pm. not bad but i used to like to work out late .peak should rethink its fees right now and guest passes.

Signed up for an annual membership which means you pay for 11 months upfront and get the 12th month for free. Well I got charged for 11.97 months and complied with their requirements to end the contract early to get a refund for the time left on the contract during the PANDEMIC. However, I never got my free month which was the whole purpose of doing the annual pay contract. I called them out on this and of course I got the run around from Heather and Susie on it. Had an attorney friend look over the contract and he confirmed I got hustled out of the free month. I had another issue right after I signed up and it was referred to Susie. Well it took her 6 weeks to even call me. This is just an over-priced-shady operating health club in Missoula that looks to nickel and dime you at every turn with disorganized leadership. Plenty of other clubs in Missoula that offer better deals with no contract agreements and will treat you fairly.

I went here for 3.5 months while I was an intern in Missoula, and Peak was one of the major reasons I managed to lose close to 30 pounds throughout the summer. The layout of the gym was great for me, and I found every piece of workout equipment I wanted to use. The staff were always really kind, friendly, and several times went out of their way to help me out. I met with a personal trainer, Carol, once a week and she helped me work out in a much more effective way than I was doing on my own. I met with their dietician (all members get a free 30 minute consultation) and she gave me great advice on how to improve my eating habits. Finally, I also went to several spin classes, and all the instructors I learned from led great workouts! Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anybody who wants to live a healthy lifestyle.

Visiting from out of town, I was very impressed with the quality of this gym. Lots of space, lots of equipment, good layout, excellent equipment quality, even has some power lifting/Olympic lifting stations. Couldn't speak to the monthly rate since I only used a day pass, but $10 for the day is cheaper than I've paid for day passes to far inferior gyms in other cities.
