First time at this studio last night—can’t wait to go back! The owner, Shericka, and the class instructor, Brandi, were both so welcoming when I arrived. The studio is so clean, cozy, and beautiful. The class (Gentle Yoga) was exactly what I was looking for—perfect blend of stretching, balance, and breath work. Brandi was so sweet, knowledgeable, and approachable during class. I have been doing yoga on and off for years and I believe this would be an excellent place for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Some studios are a little pretentious or make you feel like an outsider, but I felt like family the moment I walked in. The members were just as friendly and welcoming as the staff. I highly recommend trying Purusa!

* Aerial yoga * is unlike anything I've ever experienced, absolute must try! Sherika's restorative yoga was just as impressive - she incorporates scents, light massage, and deep mindfulness ... 13/10 all around!!

I LOVE love love the Restorative class. It's different than any other yoga class I've attended, and I really feel this sense of mental peace afterward - it makes such a big difference in my attitude throughout the day. Sherika is a really great teacher!

I felt more relaxed after this class than I have in a long time! The instructor was very knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the poses. She even provided light massage during the practice. I love this studio!
