I wish Mat lived closer because I would be in his studio working out each week. But the good news is his online training is perfect for someone who has the drive to workout on their own and can’t make it to his studio. Mat is always professional and courteous and I really appreciate how knowledgeable and passionate he is about strength training and overall fitness. He meets you where you are in your fitness journey and caters the plan to what you need or can do. But he’s also not shy about challenging you and pushing you to do better. He’s also always quick to respond if you have questions or want to modify your plan. I have played sports and exercised my whole life and thought I knew what I was doing when I did strength training...until I began working out with Mat and following his plan. It has helped make me stronger and feel more stable and balanced.

I've had the opportunity to work with Matt both in person and online. Matt is very passionate about fitness and how it can improve quality of life. He's very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. Workouts are tailored to your personal fitness level and the equipment you have to work with (if training online). No cookie cutter generic routines. Nothing beats the confidence boost from seeing improvement in your health!

I wholeheartedly endorse Matt. He’s a terrific personal trainer. He definitely doesn’t deliver a one-size-fits-all training regime; instead, he engages in honest dialog with each person to determine their strengths and their weaknesses. Matt then takes those conversations to develop a program that focuses on the given person’s abilities and provides them with a clear set of goals.
