I love the classes here so much, the material is super fun and works. I get to dance around to awesome music while also working out it can’t get much better then that! Everyone in the studio always has a great big smile on their face and a great time. Which makes the studio such an amazing atmosphere. The instructors make sure to develop a relationship with you and make you feel empowered! The studio is also very clean, and super cute! Every time I leave I can’t wait for the next time to be back!!

The moment I walked into this little studio I felt at HOME. I was welcomed with interest in getting to know who I was and encouragement to be myself. It was and is so much more than a workout, it’s a community dedicated to bringing out our best selves. I feel blessed to have found somewhere where I finally belong. The music is fun and sassy, the instructors are genuine and the classes are fire.

This place is magical. Very personable, sincere, wonderful. And of course you get your workout! I felt comfortable in the space as they follow safety protocols and care about your experience. The Ayurvedic-based classes are amazing!

Robin and her team as so passionate about what they do and it clears shows through the quality of their classes. I love that classes are based upon cycle level balancing and wisdom and are accessible to every-body. I feel so alive and free dancing and moving with these ladies!

I Miss you guys!!! This place is by far the best place I’ve ever had the opportunity to just be myself have fun and get the BEST work out. Thank you Brandi & Robin for all the support and motivation to be there with you lovely ladies. Brandi your motivation definitely inspires me in so many different areas of my life. You ladies are the best.
