I'm putting this review because this business is a scam. I've been a member of multiple gyms all over the country (because we travel for work) and never once had an issue. This time around, after EXPLICITLY explaining to the counter staff that we were not interested in a contract and would be month to month, we signed up for a contract-free $10 per month per person deal WHICH actually sounded great at the time.It was exactly what we thought we were looking for!Well, unfortunately we were not on the same page as the children running the front desk. And now, we have a one year membership THAT WE NEVER OPTED INTO!This is not how a legitimate business should be run, and I would NEVER RECOMMEND Planet Fitness, and especially more so NEVER would recommend this location!By far the WORST customer service!Sergio the manager made very clear that he was not ever going to be receptive to this situation or even consider refunding our money.HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE!

It's a alright gym. I just came back from 2 months out of state work. I came back to this location, and the air circulation is terrible during hot days, and seems like they are missing 45 pound weights from the squat machines. Not enough to share for 3 squat machines. Might have to go to a different location.

I don't know why everyone in the reviews are getting their panties in a twist, but I love it here. I've been coming for about a month now and the staff has been nothing but kind. As a 240 lb woman, I can tell you I have not been "fat shamed" or felt judged by the staff. I've even become friends with a few such as Christina and Danielle. Honestly, I like it better than the in shape in ceres, as it seems more welcoming. Keep it up Planet Fitness!

I really like all the open machines and cleanliness. My only complaint is that there are a few rules you have to follow that can sometimes affect your gym experience. Great gym, but the rules are kinda silly at times

Just started using this gym and I must say it’s one of the best I’ve gone to. I I am a member of 24 hour fitness and planet fitness is so much better in quality and service.The Equipment here works well, the place is incredibly clean and spotless, including the men’s room and showers. You can tell the crew here pays attention to every little detail. Keep it up!
