Walked into the bathroom and none of the stalls give you the options for a seat cover. It’s unnecessary to have to roll out ten feet of toilet paper just to use it. Also, the girl with grown out roots and pink hair decided to mop the whole locker and bathroom area, never put out a wet floor sign causing my girlfriend and I to almost slip on the way into the bathroom, and on the way out she was sitting on the bench in the locker room, on her phone and STILL no wet floor sign. I verbally said it out loud walking out that it’s a SAFETY HAZARD to not put out a sign and she just ignored and sat in the locker room for another 10 minutes before proceeding back to the front desk.

Horrible management. There's more than 10 machines that have been broken for nearly 6 months now. Every time I ask when they will be fixed, the only update is parts are on back order. All 3 stair masters have been broken for months as well as 3 cable machines. 3 other leg machines are broken as well. This is completely unacceptable!

I like this gym, clean and friendly. But my issue is that there is only two fans in this entire gym and in the back of the gym there is absolutely no circulation and is hot as hell. It makes it almost unbearable to workout here. My advice, install some fans in the back of the place to allow better circulation and make it more comfortable for people working out.

Just spoke to someone named Noel who helped me figure out some issues. Super helpful and answered all my questions not to mention had a great attitude when doing so. Great customer service skills man :)

There is currently over 8 machines that are broken down at this gym and have been for the past month at least. When I asked the employees they said the parts were not in stock but I dont think that is acceptable.UPDATE: it has not been over a month since my last review , not only are all the machines still not functional (so machines have been broken for over 2 months ) but now there’s more broken. No efforts have been showed from owner to get things fixed , if you have a diff planet fitness nearby I would recommend choosing that one instead. I will be reaching out to planet fitness corporate.

I felt very uncomfortable being at this gym. Literally everyone was looking at me like a freak, making comments (not all only about 6 different conversations and two in the bathroom) one in in a wheel chair I'm also a multiple phalangee amputee and obviously can't walk. This is supposed to be a judgement free zone.I would not recommend this gym to anyone who has amputations or have been malconformed from being a burn survivor.Sad thing is i know for a fact I could do more machine lifting then probably 3/4 if not 97.8 percent of the populace in the facility I could Max out on a good handful of machines....If I could give this gym zero stars I sure as hell would.I will never step foot in this planet fitness location ever again.

It's a gym, nice, new equipment. Economic at $10.

Friendly staff, good clean equipment. Not crowded.
